Get the word out

Tell your colleagues, friends, and followers what you're presenting and when. It will help boost attendance to your session and highlight your professional expertise. Here are ideas to help you spread the word.

• Put it on your website and blog. Include all the important details (who, what, where, and when), and make the information noticeable and easy to find. Use one of our downloadable website images above to draw attention.
• Generate excitement by talking about AVMA Convention on your social media channels. Customize one of our social media examples below, or post about your experience at a past AVMA event. Don't be shy about asking your friends and followers to share the information too.
• Live video streaming is a great way to announce you'll be at AVMA Convention 2024, and to capture the energy of the event as it's happening. (Just remember that sessions and other events aren’t permitted to be recorded or streamed.)
• Remember to tag AVMA in your social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, and X) and use the hashtag #AVMA2024 for a better chance of your post being shared by the AVMA.
